Maritime History is the English version of a regional Dutch periodical, Scheepshistorie, that was introduced in 2006 and since 2008 worldwide distributed in the English language. Maritime History is meant for everyone interested in the maritime history of the Low Lands. Each number contains different subjects thereby giving a broad historical overview of our country’s maritime history.
The individual books also supplement artifacts shown in the various maritime museums in the Netherlands.  As such, these books link up seamlessly with the information available in the museums.
